Manufacturer’s Warranty
The MANUFACTURER warrants to the original purchaser of its product(s), that it will repair or replace defects in materials, workmanship, and/or fabric found to exist in its products during the applicable warranty periods defined below if purchased from the MANUFACTURER or an authorized dealer of the MANUFACTURER, subject to the exclusions, limitations, conditions, and provisions noted below. All repairs and replacements under the following warranties will be performed by the MANUFACTURER or an authorized MANUFACTURER’S dealer or representative as selected by the MANUFACTURER. The obligation of the MANUFACTURER shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part deemed defective by the MANUFACTURER during the applicable warranty period.
MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
The MANUFACTURER warrants to the original purchaser of its product that the MANUFACTURER will repair or replace any products found to be defective in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. For the purposes of this warranty, MATERIALS is defined as: any webbing, thread, binding, buckles, zippers, grommets, poles, rope, logos, tags, pull tabs, straps, rubber, Velcro® or any other item(s) utilized in the construction of the final product excluding fabric (see below). For the purposes of this warranty, WORKMANSHIP is defined as: all aspects of the construction leading to the final product. This warranty is further subject to the exclusions, limitations, conditions, and provisions noted below. The MANUFACTURER’S warranty does not extend to products such as the SeaSucker® vacuum cups, Mate Series products, or any other products that are manufactured by another separate entity, which may be instrumental in the use of any product manufactured and produced by the MANUFACTURER. These products may be covered by the warranty offered by the manufacturer but ARE NOT COVERED by the MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.
FABRIC WARRANTY
The MANUFACTURER warrants to the original purchaser of its product that the MANUFACTURER will repair or replace any fabric found to be defective for the period(s) specifically outlined below. For the purpose of this warranty, FABRIC is defined as:
Polyester textiles utilized in T-Top® Boat Covers, Center Console Boat Covers, Center Console Curtains or any other manufactured products which may be produced by the MANUFACTURER.
This warranty is further subject to the exclusions, limitations, conditions and provisions noted below.
- Seven (7) ounce fabric guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of three (3) years from the original purchase date.
- Black and Navy nine (9) ounce fabric guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date.
- Sunbrella fabric guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of six (6) years from the original purchase date.
- As of 2022, we no longer carry the (8) eight ounce fabric. All covers that were purchased with (8) eight ounce fabric will still be covered with the previous (3) year guarantee.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following is excluded under the THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY:
- Improper Use
- Accident or Negligence
- Unauthorized Modification or Changes
- Improper Care or Maintenance
- Mold or Mildew
- Orders Placed Incorrectly
- Theft or Loss
- Acts of God
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To be considered eligible for repair or replacement during the applicable warranty period, the original product(s) must be provided to the MANUFACTURER. If the product falls within the applicable warranty period and is within three (3) months of the original purchase date, all expenses for a claim related to warranty service will be assumed by the MANUFACTURER. If the product falls within the applicable warranty period but is greater than three (3) months from the original purchase date, the product owner is responsible for charges incurred when shipping to the MANUFACTURER.
Our T-Top Boat Covers and Center Console Boat Covers are not designed for in water or travel use. Traveling with your cover on will void your warranty.
Center Console Curtains are not designed for travel use. Traveling with your curtain will void your warranty.
To file a claim for warranty service, the product owner must contact the MANUFACTURER’S authorized dealer or representative, within the applicable warranty period, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Products without an RMA number clearly visible on the package may result in denial or delay of warranty service. The MANUFACTURER is not liable for any items damaged, misplaced, or lost during shipment.
Boat Shade and Harbor Shade
The MANUFACTURER warrants to the original purchaser of its product(s), that it will repair or replace defects in materials, workmanship, and/or fabric found to exist in its products during the applicable warranty periods defined below if purchased from the MANUFACTURER or an authorized dealer of the MANUFACTURER, subject to the exclusions, limitations, conditions, and provisions noted below. All repairs and replacements under the following warranties will be performed by the MANUFACTURER or MANUFACTURER’S authorized dealer or representative as selected by the MANUFACTURER. The obligation of the MANUFACTURER shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part deemed defective by the MANUFACTURER during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty is further subjected to exclusions, limitations, conditions and provisions noted below.
- Resilience® guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following is excluded under the MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY:

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Boat Shades and Harbor Shades provided by the MANUFACTURER are allowed fifteen (15) days for exchange and five (5) days for a return. All shade deals are final after the above time period.
Boat Shades and Harbor Shades are not meant for permanent use. Shades should be removed after every use.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States of America.
This document contains the entire warranty as given by THE MANUFACTURER.
There are no terms, promises, conditions or warranties other than those contained herein. No oral or written information or advice given by the MANUFACTURER, its dealers, representatives, agents or employees shall create a warranty by the MANUFACTURER or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. The MANUFACTURER does not authorize any person to alter or amend this warranty or to create or assume for it any other obligation or liability with respect to its product. The MANUFACTURER reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in prices, design, colors, specifications, materials, fabric, options, etc., or to improve its products through changes in products previously manufactured and is under no obligation to replace or modify any products constructed prior to such changes. The MANUFACTURER reserves the right to inspect all claims against our warranties.
THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF, AND THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS, ANY OR ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF ANY PERSON WHETHER IN CONTACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE AND THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, INCONVENIENCE, OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM A BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHICH IS NOT DISCLAIMED HEREIN FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
In the event that the above disclaimed and exclusion of warranties and damages are inconsistent with applicable law, those disclaimers and exclusions are limited to the maximum permitted by applicable law, and all remaining implied obligations and warranties are limited in duration to a period of one (1) year or such shorter period as permitted by applicable law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
